I know I'm not the only one here that is annoyed about the amount of small items orbiting me, so I thought I would help out.

I got myself a new scale last night (my old one broke, har de har har) and I decided to keep track of my weight daily with a spreadsheet.  I set it up so at the top it gives me a monthly average, as well as my highest and lowest weights.  No silly diets, no gimmicks, just a straightforward tracking spreadsheet.  I thought some folks here might make use of it as well, so here's the link to download it:

No challenge, no competition, no comparing your progress to anyone else's, just a simple way to keep it straight for yourself.  And, I won't see who or how many of you download it, so don't worry about me keeping track of you.

Hey, we weight almost the same!

No matter what I do though, I cannot lose weight, so I don't really bother anymore.

I have a copy of the limited addition Def weight chart! I'll sell copies for $2.00 to whomever wants one.

I know I want to lose a few pounds myself. I'd like to get back down to 200, so I only have about 10 lbs to lose. Those damn bags of chips keep calling my name though!

Ah smurf, I meant to post a blank version of it.... 

Now everyone knows how much I weigh.... I'd be happy to go down to about 170lbs, although I'm not all that upset with 196, just annoyed at the placement- it's all around the middle.
