Very nice Duncan!  I can't say that I ever saw you as the Sebenza type though!

I have always admired their shape looks and build quality . The are considered by alot of people as being the finest production folder in the world. There is certainly something about them that cannot be explained until you are able to hold one and call it your own . This one was given to me by a very fine Gentleman .

I know that they are highly regarded, and I know they are great quality, but to me I always thought they were just pricey.  As such I could never really get into them.  Must be my inner Scot railing against the amount of money I'd have to spend to get a knife that doesn't really cut any better than my SAKs!

In keeping with the theme of this thread... here's a couple knife pics of my own :)

Awesome!  An old Buck 119 with black phenolic handle!  4 out of 5 Hollywood serial killers agree it's the first choice for slashing naked teens in the shower!

I haven't seen one in years... not since the incident at Lake Wannistabme!

Sorry....  :-[

HEY!  I saw that Canadian knife for sale on CPF last week.  I thought of you and was going to buy it, but someone beat me to it.

I snagged it on KF... Might have been the same guy selling it on both forums, but if there's another one out there, let me know!

vaswiss in SOSAK would also likely go for it if you come across one.

I'm sure it was the same one.  I noticed that there was no "I'll take it" post on CPF, and it was just marked "sold".

Yeah, it probably was.  What are the odds of the same strange piece showing up in two seperate places at the same time?

No worries- but consider it a standing rule that if you see another one, either snag it or let me know ASAP!

I'd love to have one to give to my father.  I thought seriously about giving him this one, but then he'll either do something silly like use it, or worse, not use it! :P

Heh I know what you mean Def, me and my brother bought my father a SAK champ for father's day a few years back, he keeps it in its box and hasnt used it since. He is scared that if he carried it with him he'll lose it, but he really loves the gift. I keep telling him to use a lanyard or chain to tie it to his jacket so he can use it without fear of losing it. Guess I'll have to get him one of those for next father's day so he can finally use the tool.
