It's deffinitely a newer PST or PST II because of the offset Philips driver.

I'd guess a PST II, but not because it looks like mine.  Mine (which I've had for many years) has a totally different Phillips driver, and the handle only says "Leatherman Tool".   It doesn't say PST II anywhere, so apparently it's either among the first PST II's, or it's a "PST with scissors", whichever you want to call it.  (I got it for $20 at the flea market back in the 80's, so I'm not complaining.)  :)
