Agreed. For me, the most important thing is knowing the dates. Once I that's determined, if I can get the time off, I'll manage to get to wherever the plumes of smoke are coming from.

Two weekend dates that would be extremely fortuitous for me would be:

April 24,25 2010

and

May 8,9 2010

Why you may ask? Well, Badminton Horse Trials are on April 30th- May 3 and the BossLady is MUCH more likely to attend with me if it were to come immediately before or after Badminton.

I think either date would work for me. Can we decide sooner rather than later, just to let those who need to book time off can get in nice and early. (Yes I know it's next year but some folks like to be organised

) If it helps I think the May weekend would be better for me, less likely to clash with other stuff.
