They sure have a lot of multitools! Adam only has two from what I understand but Jamie has a ton! I have seen him using numerous Gerber's, LM's, and a SOG PowerLock!

I've seen loads of different multis on the show as well.  Gotten several worried looks from friends as I've loudly named the MT in use whilst watching the show

Jamie uses a gerber to pick at the parts of the butt that penetrated the  ballistics gel dummy.
The large pivot "button" was silver and appeared Dome shaped with raised ridges.

And during the MACGYVER SPECIAL, when they had Adam & Jamie put through those "MAcgyveresque"(i.e.escaping up to signaling for rescue)situations.  The "bad-guys"( Tory and Grant) were emptying Adam and Jamie's pockets.  ANd the pulled a Champ SAK out of Adam's pocket!!
