I wish there was a ban that stopped the import of cheap AO knives as they are likely to be the ones misused. Not the more expensive ones like kershaw or buck.

That would be nice,but Congress normally uses vague language in any bill,leaving the appropriate Federal agancy wide latitude in interpretation and implementation.
