I agree pricey, just thought it was neat, perhaps it will come down in price in time, or at really would be nice

Its nice, but I think I still prefer the Benchmade rescue hook. Its cheaper, smaller, and does a lot of the same things. They also make great gifts.

Yeah, I've looked at these before. They do look interesting but I'm not willing to part with the amount of cash they want for the thing

A $60 MSRP usually means a $40 street price, making this somewhat more reasonable. It's funny you should mention this one, as I just found something interesting on EDCDepot today:

This is a cool knife good idea.
Is there any firefighters out there I am looking for solid opinion about what would be usefull if anything. Perhaps a tried and proven tool.
