Problem with Photon Proton

I am trying to find some warranty info for Photon Lights, but it seems like I might be better off looking for a six headed goat.

When I activate the white LED (quick push) I get both the red and white LED's coming on.  I can't turn the light off again unless I press and hold the button, which turns off the white LED but leaves the red one on, until I release and press the button again.

The red LED works fine when I use it as intended, but activating the white LED also turns on the red one, and the white isn't adjustable like it's supposed to be.  Anyone else have a similar problem?  If so, how did you fix yours?

S'okay, I don't blame ya. Probably half blind from shining that Photon in your eyes all the time.
