OOoooh!

More pics of this please?

Both the good X-Fi and the deceased one have gone on to new owners and I didn't take any more pics, sorry.

Neat bee pics by the way :tu:  Shame you broke the tip off your knife though :P
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Indeed it did :D

Here's some clickables of my modded CT..

Its good and is one of my most used SAKs but I do think I could refine it now, I just haven't got around to making mark two.

Anything non-pokey match up to the watchcase opener?  I like that.  Could add it to the Quantum Mechanic if it could be matched with a non-scary tool.

My Wave helped change the battery in my wife's car yesterday, using the pliers to help get the corroded battery terminal off and the file to clean it up after.

Today, I'm using it to take the broken drink holders out of the same car.  I'm going to see if I can "engineer" a replacement holder from something at Wal-Mart, as the stock one in the car was always too low as it was before it kasploded.
Half-ass done wholeheartedly!

Combi tool would fit that bill.

Thanks Allan, I had a little play with them.  I had originally thought about doing little orbiting planets but lets face it, the canvas was not large so quickly changed tack to random dots :D

Was at small bbq for a friend's birthday this past Sunday and my Skeletool saw a lot of action opening beer bottles. The funny thing was that we had a few wine drinkers and the bottle was handed to me for opening as a given, so without a word out came out my Tourist and a few seconds later the cork was out :D

My blast weighted my belt so my pants started to fall down.  Needless to say I didn't use it much today(which is rare).  I used the blade on my alox soldier to scrape some paint off a placard over an office door.

Today, I used my Crunch to disconnect a friend's car battery and to strip some wires for testing, to remove the magazine disconnect from her Bersa pistol, and to tighten the handle on one of her pots when she couldn't find a screwdriver. I used my Clutch's chisel mod to remove a tiny "ring guard" from her gold ring. And I also used the Clutch pliers to aid in the exploratory surgery of the aforementioned pistol, which included the removal and re-installation of a very small snap ring.

Aside from checking the battery, I didn't even have to leave my chair to complete any of these requests.

Oh, I also used my Clutch's guthook mod to open a clamshell package (easily, I might add) which contained the latest addition to my aresenal - a Kershaw Select Fire! :sak:

On thursday, my wife had a problem while we were at the Lobster House in Cape May, NJ.

She was having a problem opening one of the big claws of the broiled lobster she was having for lunch. She couldn't crack it open to save her life.  No big deal.  I sed the serrated primary blade on my Vic OH-Fireman( the SAK my wife hates for me to carry) and cut the claw open!  Then scooped out thethe meat of that claw and handed the meat to her!!

After lunch, on the trip home, My wife looks incredulesly at me while I had a big smile on my face, suffering from the sin of PRIDE!!!! :D
"Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall;
Some run from breaks of ice, and answer none:
And some condemned for a fault alone." -William Shakespeare, King Lear (1608), Act IV, scene 6, line 169

Whew!  Well, didn't use it today but this weekend I got to use it a lot...and I got to play with fire.  >:D
On Friday, Kim used the screwdriver on the Explorer to put batteries in my niece's new toy.  Then on Saturday, I got to use it to cut out some outdoor rugs to fit around the car port posts (it was raining and we didn't want the little one's slipping later when they came from the grass to the car port), then used it to cut some hose so we could drain the water out of the snow cone maker.  My brother in law was really impressed by how sharp it was.  he said "Kel, what do you do?  Sit home and sharpen this thing?" I said, "Duh!  Why would I want a dull knife?"  LOL!
And the fire,  >:D >:D
Saturday night after the kiddies went to bed, we all imbibed a bit around a fire.  My brother in law forgot to cover the wood though so it was a bit damp.  He, the genius that he is, grabs a bottle of Everclear and started pouring it on the fire but he couldn't get it lit. So, grabbed it sprinkled a bit of it everywhere on the wood and some other kindling, then the end of a long stick, told everyone to get clear, took a big mouthful of the Everclear and Boom!  Fire breathing Kelly.  It lit, we eventually got it to stay lit, and I scared the crap out of Kim but impressed the heck out of everyone else.  Heheh...I learned that from Xena!  Ayiyiyiyiyiyiy!

As this is my first day with mhy new Wave, I did not have anything to use it for other than having it on my belt.  After not having anything to use it for, to break it in I used the pliers to rip off the metal tab from a diet soad can.  LOlL  Now is that pathetic or what?

Not at all.  If you don't have a use, make one up!  Some times I take stuff apart just for fun.

Capping as in removing the stem remnants.

The eating comes afterwards.  :D

I used a Wave to cut the plastic from a new mop.  Wave to open a package which had multi tools in it that were sent to me as a gift.  I used the pliers from the pocket multi tool to open the blades on a Swiss Army knife.

No it was not stiff at all in anyway.  I have short nails so I had no fingernail to grab the blades so I could not open it up.  LOL  :)
