That depends on what you mean by bad really!

They're all very well made and would suit someone, but for example I found the Thermite and the Fatboy to be not for me.
I used to come here a lot.

There's nothing wrong with the Thermite IMO - it just wasn't big enough for my needs. I did carry it for 12 months before I decided that though!

I used to come here a lot.

If have gear and like to carry gear you need Maxpedition in your life  :tu:

Damn expensive but they don't call it 'Hard Use Gear' for nothing. They just make great bags  :salute: Worth saving up, although can be addictive  :ahhh I currently own two bags, two waistpacks and an organiser  :tu:

Dave is the forum's Maxped junkie guru  :tu: :D

Take a look

I keep promising to do some Maxpedition reviews, but the fact is - nothing I can do is going to rival Ros' reviews - they're the best out there!

^^ Everything you ever wanted to know about Maxpedition but were afraid to ask...

Never really been much a bag guy, I have a laptop bag that works wonderfully to carry my laptop the 100 meters (literally) from home to school. Whnever I'm out I either don't carry a bag, or if I'm geocaching I have everything I need in my camera bag, I like traveling light  :D

I used my Gerber EAB razor knife to open packages.  It's often the best tool for the task but sometimes scissors work better  :)

Yesterday I used my Vic Trekker to make breakfast, it helped to repair the car, helped in the garden (hand in hand with the farmer) and I used it to crack walnuts. After all the work I used the reamer to get the dirt off from behind my fingernails. I LOVE this Vic already, but I guess I need a sheath for it, it is too large for my pocket  :ahhh

I havnt had my current car that long , its a Ford 2litre mondeo . The rear window washer didnt work from the start and yesterday the front washers packed up too  :(

This was a job for Super... no hang on not supertool but PST  :D and bit adapter .

Its was really awkward to reach and the problem wasnt obvious until I'd removed countles screws and removed panels .

Heres the problem , its just the pipe came off , I was worried there was a split in the pipe or worse the tank had split . So a simple job but not easy to access . I had to remove the front offside air intake and put my right hand in through it with the pst pliers to grasp and hold the pipe while my left hand went in under the front wheel to push the fitting into the pipe .....

My little LM Monarch 300 was just the right tool to help me see what was going on . Despite being a very bright sunny afternoon it was really hard to see inside where I was working .

Last pic of the tools I used ....

Used the phillips on my Trailmaster to open a geocache. A friend solved the puzzle at home and the outdoor part of this cache fit on our tour, so we did it. I didn't know that any tools were required, and my friend missed that part in the description and was unprepared, too. No problem with the Trailmaster  :climber:

Dunc, thanks for the pictures! I just got the bit adapter for my PST II from my father. He lost his PST  :twak: but not the bit adapter, now I can have it  :D. I couldn't figure out how to put it on the PST II (but haven't tried hard yet, and didn't any research  ::)) I think with your pictures I can figure out how it works  :tu:

Used my Swisschamp (with illumination help from my L0D) to fix a friend's closet door. The bottle opener did some prying, pliers and wire cutter both saw some action, and the Phillips tried it's best to do it's thing. The driver kept collapsing whenever I used enough force to actually turn the screw without slipping (in it's defense, said screw was REALLY tight) so wound up having to use a dedicated driver :(

My toolbag was too far away at 8 feet for me to walk allllll the way over for my screwdriver. :P

I used my Charge TTi to swap a cracked 13 amp plug for a new one on a lamp for SWMBO.

I did NOT stab myself in the leg.

Just used the tiny screwdriver on my Leatherman Charge to take off the battery cover on a free Nesquix stirer upperer thingy for the kids, but when I put the batteries in the thing - didn't work.

Didn't use it for anything yet, I just woke up GEEZ! Give me a while before you go asking me these questions. I do however plan on stopping by my Mom's place later today so there's a good chance it'll get used. She always finds me excuses to "play with my toys" as she puts it.

Got my PS4 yesterday and it has already had stuff to do:
Tighten my moms eyeglasses when I was home for a 3 hour visit (actually that was the P4, but the screwdriver used is now on the PS4...)
Used the pliers to help get a bunch of Dremel accessories out from the box they come in - the kind of box with plastic clamps to hold them in place that might be a bit stiff.
Pliers again, tighten Dremel chuck
Used the blade to remove the Lite scales off my Signature Lite (reason will be apparent soon)

My sister's BF used my champ driver to replace the flint in his Zippo. I used the scissors and file for some fingernail work.

I used my Pulse to repair a guest's glasses today.  I inserted the micro screw with the pliers, then tightened it with the tiny flat head.
