I used my Harvester, my Trailmaster and even my Compact in the garden yesterday. Season is coming to an end, but a few peppers are still there, and the tomato plants needed to be cut and riped out.

Used the Trailmaster to open a can with chicken and to cut a lemon, both for dinner.

I had to put a new electric cable on the vacume cleaner . The Spirit saw alot of work and delt very well with cable cutting and wire stripping . I had to re-use one of the electrical connectors and had to prise it apart so used the spirit and my Sideclip for that . None of my multis could reach the deep set phillips and that included the one on a LM Blast so i had to use a dedicated driver .

The best bit was it actually worked when I had finished  :o

Got used to install some kitchen appliances yesterday as well.

Removed a door handle with my Scientist.  That's about as exciting as it got.  Much cutting of stuff as well but that's a given :)
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Needed the Compact to cut my sausage for dinner (at a small fast food place). It was served already cut in pieces, and with a fork, but the pieces were quite huge, and I hate huge sausage pieces. I looked around, and no knifes for the customers. Good reason to pull out my Compact  :D

Used Skeletool to:

- open new dart game package and cut tie straps
- install some wall shelves
- help friend install a new deadbolt

It's been one of the Skeletool's most busy days but it held together like a brick smurf house  :tu:

I stayed in a youth hostel for the weekend. Friday evening I arrived late, and I was lucky that there was something left over to eat for me and the others who came with me. Bread and salad. But no forks for the salad, and no one there to ask for forks. So the others had to eat the salad with a spoon or with their fingers, but luckily I had my titanium folding spork with me  :D

Used my SAK a lot over the weekend to open wine bottles and beer.

Well this happened years ago and I didn't take quite as many photos as I could have but I think you guys will appreciate this.

I'm a volunteer firefighter and a few years ago we went out of area on a 5 day trip to a place called Mudgee in Australia for a big bushfire that was burning. On our last day our driver ran over a tree stump, pushed the transfer case back a couple of inches and dropped out the front driveshaft on our truck. As it came out some of the splines were burred a little. Luckily the driver is also a mechanic so we managed to put the driveshaft back in on the side of the road with the toolbox off the truck. However, the damaged splines were too fine to be filed back with our chainsaw file, so I used the file on my Leatherman charge Ti.

So in essence my leatherman got a $250K fire truck back on the road.

Yesterday we removed a sliding glass door and installed French doors and a doggy door. I used my Core and BO Kick pretty much all day doing demo, removing blinds, installing door-locks and moving electrical.

3 tools for one job.

My belt broke the other day. It was a very easy fix, so why 3 tools you ask?

Well, the simple answer is testing.
A Juice CS-4 scissor was used to cut tape.
Then I used the blade from the ST-300 to cut the belt. I also test out the new removable bit driver that I just got on one of the very small flat head screws.
For the other small screw I used the mini flat driver on the can opener of my PowerLock. I ended up liking the handling of the PowerLock better.
Finally the awl on the PL was used for hole punching.

Job well done by all involved. :salute:
A bit excessive you say? Maybe, but it sure justifies having as many as I do. :D

It sounds like you could have eliminated either the ST300 or the PL and still had the tools you needed, given the Juice...

I could have gotten it done with just a steak knife..

But that's not  :multi:  cool.

I really just wanted to see how the handling of the removable bit driver compared to the feel of the PL.

Whats an Aussie doing drinking cider?  :D  Where is the Fosters?  :D :D (Hurrah for stereotypes... now where did I put my sheep?)

The ChXTi got used to trim various plants and open a bag of stones and a bag of compost for my rapidly growing veggie garden.  Come to think of it I haven't sharpened the blade in ages and its still hair-popping.  154cm is good stuff.

LM Surge:

Used a hex bit from the bit kit to change my bicycle brakes. Used the pliers to remove the wheels, and the large flat-head screwdriver to remove the old tubes and tires and put new tubes/tires on.

Used the knife to cut the inner tube into strips, which I then wrapped on to my fixed blade knife sheath in order to attach stuff to it.

Then used an oily rag to wipe the grime and grease from the Surge and put it away after a little WD-40 and some oil.

--

Also adjusted the pivot screw on my LM Charge TTi so the main blade flicks open as fast as my Spyderco.

Technically it was last night, okay.

I bought a set of wratcheting wrenches from Sears, and they were packaged with some pretty touch plastic.  It was too touch for my c301 to cut through.  I broke out the Crunch, but the plastic didn't make room for it's wire cutters to get in at all.  However, the serrated knife of the Crunch sawed right through the plastic.  That's a nice blade it's got there.
