I'm with Sparky, that one would be good enough for my needs.

I have a pair of Bosch domestic NiCad drills, which have lasted me well for well over 10-12 years (can't remember exactly when I bought them).  Anyway, it was a hammer drill and a drill/driver with 3 batteries for about £130.  The batteries are finally screwed and I can't be bothered with trying to get them going again.  Sooooo.......  I might go shopping!   :ahhh

I finally found a use for the hook tool on my SAK Fieldmaster.  I used it to reinstall a piece of plastic siding on a house.  Just hook it under the lip on the siding and slide it along the edge to "rehook" them.

My ST arrived today, so in good time..  :D

I've broke my USB housing, and this is a second time, first time it just splitted in half and a little super glue fixed it, now it broke... And ST to the rescue...

Yes I know I could use it as it was, but what fun is in that?!  :D :D And not to mention that I've decided earlier to slim and trim down my USB...  8) 8) :multi:

First I scraped old super glue with awl and used large screwdriver/pry bar to open the housing.

Than I cut off a little plastic thingy used for sliding USB in and out of housing with serrated blade! (Dunc matey, you were right, forget the scissors I'll EDC a S4, serrated blade is wicked  :salute: :salute: :tu:)

Then awl again for drilling a hole in plastic for split ring...

A straight blade to cut some insulation tape...

And voila:

Multitool = 45eur
Insulation tape = 1eur
Playing DIY with SwissTool = Pricelless!!

 :tu: :tu: :D :multi:

Lastnight I used the pliers on my Gerber MP400 to remove the screw on aerial fitting off the back of a radio set on a lifeboat .Apparently they had been struggling for ages because all the sets of pliers they had were too big to fit in and use behind the boat console . I turned up and done it within a couple of minutes

Not today, but my Swissgrip had a good work out this weekend. Fitted some lighting in the bathroom on the boat with nothing but the Swissgrip, and also repaired a 72 LED work light. Why did they discontinue it - what a great bit of kit

was out today and saw a large patch of stubble on my face that the razor missed. The Spyder UKPK was employed as a straight razor, not ideal, but did get rid of the hair without taking my face with it.

So I'm not the only one who does that. I feel less strange now. :D

I've used saw on SwissTool to cut a part of wooden pallet that got in the way while unscrewing broken plastic pipe with valve which I needed replaced on 100lit plastic tank mount on pallet.

Saw score in my book 10/10

I used my pulse as a sort of press.  I was pushing thumbtacks into wood, and they weren't going in easy.  My fingers started to crater where the head of the tack was, so I pulled out the pulse and held it flat against the tacks and pushed.  Worked like a charm!

used leatherman wave to put a new watch battery in.
its a little tricky, even though I've changed the batts twice on this watch.

also used the wave crimp/cut guitar strings and tighten screws on my 412 and 112 peavey amps.

Hi,

Used my Juice SC2 to pull picture hooks out of the walls in a room about to be refinished.
