What made you start ripping off the scales in the first place?
Truth be told, the uneven handle thickness on the XE-6 bugged me from day one. I thought I would be able to get along better with it, but, that wasn't the case. I always had plans to mod it one day. It has sat at the bottom of the list for a long while. While it is nowhere near the top of the list either, I know I won't ever be EDC'ing the way that it is now. This more or less pushes me to modify it to my liking so I can start to carry it around again. Since tearing it apart, I have come up with a few changes that I would like to do. First order of business is to make those handles the same thickness.....

btw, back to thread post..my recently acquired SOG CrossCut did a manual wire stripping job today..didnt have E4RS with me today. :)

Well my front right blinker got pushed in and by a dog paw "I will explain if I have to"  :D and the bracket brake. When it happened I did a quick Duct Tape job. Well it finally fell and I had to use my C2 to reach and pull down some Duct Tape that was just out of reach. I also used my C2 to break off the rest of a already broken bracket.

Alright, alright I will explain.

I was driving and saw a buddy I knew walking his down down the street. His dog WAS NOT LEASHED and I was slowing down in the street to say hello when his dog jumped in front of my car and literally punched out my front blinker. You can see the nail marks from the dogs paw on the bumper leading up to the light. The dog is fine so no need to worry about it. My buddy looks at me and says "if your missing a blinker when you get home you will know why"  :D

Used my C2 to cut this log. Wow did the C2 perform well.

Alright obviously I AM JOKING but figured I would lighten things up a bit.

Immediately after taking that picture I stabbed myself in the finger again. It was not bad at all but I think it was the MT saying "how dare you"  :D

EDIT: Now that I think of it, it was probably payback for dropping it on some bricks yesterday.  :D

**Warning: Alcohol was(and still is)involved with this story**

Welp, this is kinda funny. So it's roughly 3 am(PST) here and I just got back from a night out with some friends. I pull up to my house and get ready to walk up to the door. Normally, as I'm exiting my car I lock my doors and go about my business. Every so often, I will close my car door shut without realizing that I just locked my keys in my car.

SHTF. Tonight was one of the nights that I subconsciously locked my keys in the car. It was at this point that my mangineering motor skills took charge. I hop my brick wall into my backyard and start rummage through everything that would allow me to get my keys. With my Wave in tow, I come across some cardboard. From here I use the blade on my Wave to cut out a vertical strip of cardboard with some sort of "hook" cut into it. This piece of cardboard was my shimmy.

Thankfully, my window was cracked, just enough to get my cardboard in. Luckily for me, I was able to get my door unlocked and my keys. Or else I would not be sitting here typing this!! So thank you Stylus Pro and BO Wave for making this all possible  :salute:

My Spirit got a work out yesterday . The saw made a few near impossible cuts , the master blade smoothed out the end result . Got me out of a jam .
