Mine still works, but you can tell it's not working at it's best anymore. Now is the right time to be getting one ready to replace it. I can't believe how much work that thing has done

I used my Gerber MP600 today to remove the bodyside clips for a rocker molding on a Toyota highlander.  I was thankful for my blast when my boss decided he wanted to use my gerber and snatched it up off the floor while I was pulling off the actual molding.  Then, in my frustration at one particularly stubborn clip, I was lining up my pliers on it with my finger and they slipped off, catching my finger in the large gripping area and giving me this painful little bugger:

That's a doozy!  I actually gave myself a bit of a pinch with my Wave earlier today, but nothing near as nasty as that one. :(

I've used awl on my P4 to drill a hole near bottom of plastic 2lit bottle. There is no water at my current demolition site and I need to wash my hands. So improvised tap. The screw is just to mark the hole, you actualy unscrew lid to depressurize bottle and start water...

That is awesome!  Great idea and nicely done!

That's a doozy!  I actually gave myself a bit of a pinch with my Wave earlier today, but nothing near as nasty as that one. :(

Mine is healing quite nicely; I drained it by making a small incision with a fresh razor, then covered it with neosporin and a bandaid until this morning.  It is just a bit tender now with no bleeding, but it did bleed for the rest of the day when I did it, and until i bled it, it hurt like mad.  I don't often care too much about cuts, and I usually ignore them after cleaning them but this hurt!

How did you get yourself with your wave?

Some more use for my tools...

I've used my P4 and Maratac ScrewKeys to push out air from LPG evaporator on my "new" car...

And I've used my Charge Ti file to soften edges on small SS pipe I've used to make Duck Tape keyfob, then used my P4 to cut some wire I used to pull cord trough pipe, and at last I wrap some tape on pipe...

Finished project...

I know it could be more aesthetical, but it was a kind of project "do it with only what you have at hands in that moment"...  ;) ;) :D :D :D :D

I was a bit disappointed a few weeks ago when I tried to use my Gerber Artifact to tighten a 6mm'gutter bolt', the 'screwdriver' was no help at all  :(

But I have been using it to open paint tins this week it did a Great job!   :D

This is my day off work, so I'll post something about what I did yesterday.

We had a Turkish Airlines Boeing 777 that came in and the locks that keep all the ULD containers with luggage was frozen.  I used the blade on my LM skeletool to dig away at the ice and managed to kick free the lock.

My multitool saved an hour long wait for the 100-200 passengers.

I have been doing some repairs at home so I used the awl on a SAK to make a starter hole for a screw on the bottom of a door.

I then tried to use the file on the LM ST300 to file the heads of some screws on the door handles, with little success...

Then I tried the file on the strike plate of a door (softer steel) to make a hole bigger, with some success….. , then got a dremmel style tool and did the job properly...

I also used regular screwdrivers, a portable bench and a belt sander but who cares about these …  :D

Now, I went to a shop and there was a coin stuck in the release hole of a trolley... Unfortunately I did not have a pliers tool on me. If I did, I could have gotten half a Euro :( . It pays to be prepared for all...

ST300 got the call to replace kitchen ceiling flo lighting..got to bring one jack-of-all-trade high up on ladder:-)
Good to get phillips, wire cutter/stripper/crimper, awl for pilot...
2 shortcomings...wish the phillip's end is magnetised to hold screw in first place...and encountered frame flex on the last final few turn on high resistance...out come ordinary phillip scrwdrvr!..

Used my S2 to cut the foil seal off a new bottle of my prescription meds, and pull the stuffing out.

Used the nail file on a Mini Bear Jaws to try and get most of the gunk out of my Deluxe Tinker. It had lost all it's snap, and the innards were that gritty the springs and scales creaked and crunched when trying to use it. It's better now after an hour with tissue, the nail cleaner, the hot tap and copious amounts of WD40, but it's still a long way from clean. Short of an ultrasonic cleaner I don't think it's going to get much better though

Just ten minutes ago, fitted a new rear high level brake light using my new but old and battered KF4, great little tool regardless of its well used figure :tu: and yesterday using the same tool removed a faulty washing machine door closed switch and a PC PSU. In about hour from now I will be using the KF4 to refit a new door switch and a new PC PSU :) So quick question, what's the current equivalent to the KF4

Used an ST300 to change some power door wiring today. The plier head shape is just about perfect for pulling Christmas tree fasteners
