Well, I took the weekend off, and just vegged, but Friday, I put the Charge ALX to good use, repairing a handle on a lawn mower.

STILL amazes me, those simple little things you never think of, and how the MT takes care of them .  You'd think it was made for that...    :D   :multi:

Yesterday while travelling from Auburn to Cedar Point disaster struck on the Ohio Turnpike..The wire on my son Jordan's Braces let go from a bracket. After a quick call to the Orthodontist it was established that the wire needed to be cut. This way the loose wire would not tear up the inside of his mouth. He was nervous but I reached inside my Jackpack pulled out my Swisstool X and snipped the wire with the Scissors!

If I recall correctly, there was an Orthodontist Vic made, right?

Another excuse for buying another SAK! :D

While practicing one-handed opening and closing my new LM Crunch, I gave myself a blood blister on my thumb.

BO ST300. Fixed a tail light on the booster fender of the mixer at work, used the bottle opener for beer. Used it one more time for something else I can't think of.

But, it's the first time that I have carried a multitool for weeks and I was surprised to see that I actually used it.

Didn't miss it at all when I didn't have it, but it was nice to have for when I noticed the little problems that came up today.

Used a Leatherman Juice to help with fixing a drippy faucet. Cut open the package of the repair kit with it, and used the small flathead to pull out the old springs and gaskets.

Used my Wave yesterday to restring my guitar (such a perfect tool for the task!). Also helped my wife assemble a futon with the Wave afterwards.

Used my Victorinox pioneer to open some cartbord boxes, cut off the "donkey ear" pockets on my work shorts and tighten the screw on the refrigeratrohandle at work.

Today I used my Gerber 800 to help destroy a few thousand worth of aircraft parts  >:D  Great way to take some frustrations out on a Friday!!  I did manage to do a number on the replaceable cutters though, so will have to hit up eBay to get a new set.

Vic Compact.

You know how you have those couple of pistachios at the bottom of the bag that have just a little bit of split in the shell, but you can't get two fingernails into? Yeah, the combo tool does those in under a second.

I used the small screwdriver to tighten my reading glasses.  Even though the screws are phillips, the flat head driver worked best on them.  They did a great job!

That is one good looking truck!  I've always liked the look of those.  :tu:

I used my LM mini tool to tighten up some bolts on a magnetic sweeper. I also used the knife to cut all kinds of stuff. I forgot my main blade and the mini saved the day. It's soon to be kicked to the curb in favor of the Rebar.   :D

Such a small world for me at the moment - all I've done is used the scissors on my SAK to cut bandage to strap my buggered toe up again! ::)

I used my Gerber Dime for a number of things today:
-I used the scissors to cut some paper at work, and trim my beard
-I used the clamshellopener to open a package
-I used the brilliant little knife to split some A4paper into A5paper. I also used it to open the box with the new camera I got at work, and remove the plastic strips from the camera bag.

I used the tip of my Spirit to set a trim nail by my front door handle. Never thought it would work, but it was quite easy.

Used a PST to remove the bottom plates on our new Ruger sr22's magazines, trim plastic flashing on the hand grip, and tested to see if it would adjust sight screws (the small driver will nicely). PST finds new home in our range bag.
