More like she has me trained Tony   25+ years together, we are like clockwork.

The Wenger Zino Platinum is on cigar cutting and bottle opening duty :salute: More Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout and some good cigars!¡!

Nice use of a sak! Do you agree the 85mm Wenger bottle opener is superior to the 91mm vic one for bottle opening?

Yes, I think the 85mm Wenger is better. It's funny you should mention that. I did try my Huntsman earlier today to compare them. The 91mm Vic took too much work to open a bottle cap.

6 cigars, 3 Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stouts an 3 Guinness Extra Stouts later  :drink: :drink: :drink:

Used my Skeletool to pop the trim off the refrigerator door and tighten the handles.  Then I used it to pop the cap off a double IPA.  In this case, Sam Adams Third Voyage.

Gentleman, I give you the Skeletool, the finest tool for hard working beer drinkers on their days off!

I had to pull two small nails out of the wall to move something. Nearest tool with full-size pliers at that given moment was my Kobalt, which handled the job easily. Admittedly, the nails were only in wallboard, not nailed into studs.

One of the owners' 6 year old daughter is here today.  She's out of school for a week after having her tonsils taken out.  Earlier she was building something with paint sticks, and suddenly came running up to me and said, "Give me your knife, I have a splinter".  She wanted the tweezers and remembered that I had them from the last time I took a splinter out of her finger.  :)

Used my MT to cut my left middle finger

That must be the unluckiest finger on the planet. After recovering from a pinched nerve (happened in march) I crushed it (nicely blue under the nail), burned it (yes, stoves are surprisingly hot on the inside) and cut it within the last two weeks.  :P

Training a young lad on a lathe today, so mainly pulling big turnings out of my boot  ;) He's worked little stuff before, but needs a bit of help adjusting to our 8m lathe as a lot of the working practices and setting techniques change on the big stuff

A good knife needs alittle blood for payment for all service you get out of it. This is also how the scales on a sak stay red.

My Pulse saw some use today, I used the pliers to undo a coolant nozzle from one of the lathes at work so I could use it on my lathe.

I also used them to grip a piece of slag that had melted off a tool bar when my new guy had his first experience getting his + and - mixed up while manually turning some parts.  Needless to say I had to chip both the insert and shim seat out of that tool and polish a few dings.  He actually managed to melt the cam screw as well.  He made it three hours into being a machine operator before scrapping his first part.  Poor guy was really upset!  I showed him a few of the tools that others have actually run into parts full rapid, they weren't save-able.  At least his was!

I used the Pulse's can opener at lunch to open a can of chili.  It's funny, I don't even bother checking the can in the morning before I leave, I just know I have about 3 can openers either on me or in my bag daily.

I was doing a load of laundry, and noticed the plastic piece that holds the lint trap in the dryer was loose on one side. I felt back along the edge (I couldn't see) and noticed a screw was missing. For no good reason I can imagine, I remembered finding a screw in the laundry MONTHS ago, and checked my junk drawer, the place I'd most likely have dropped it. Sure enough, there was the short phillips screw.

I removed the one in the dryer and, yep, identical. Replaced the one that had remained, and reinstalled the one that'd fallen out with my Spirit X (it was the closest phillips driver at hand).

Hey... these things are handy! :D

used my Charge and Explorer today to remove two quarters someone jammed into the vending machine side by side.

Charge to create a little separation, and explorer tweezers to extract teh first quarter.  then Explorer blade to push remaining quarter into the machine slot

I was like "I got this  :climber: "
If I can help, let me know
