Just used my SAK Ranger to take apart the rear door on my SUV.  I gave a large group of people a lift back from the pub last night and one of them thought it would be a good idea to jump on the rear door.  Now the window in it wont go down all the way - jams on the runners.  What an idiot

Anyway, took the rear door apart, WD-40ed the runners (no grease at the moment - Mike borrowed all the Lard for his ANOL dance :D) and then put the thing back together.  Doesn't work perfectly but its an improvement.

Now I just need to find the guys that jumped on it and use the 'utility hook' in interesting and painful ways...  >:D

I don't think I used any of my tools today, which is a bit unusual.

Wait, it's only 11:30 - there's still time.  :ahhh
I used to come here a lot.

Not today, but last night, my CHarge Xti put batteries in all my wife's Christmas ornaments, & the tiny eyeglass screwdriver poked the ribbon into the eyelet for hangin' 'em on the tree. This year she did the entire tree in Hallmark sound bite ornaments. It's obnoxious, but downright purdy!

Yesterday I got to use the stranded wire cutters on my ST300.  Someone apparently used some pretty heavy stranded picture hanging type wire to tie something down in a cargo truck...so there was a big tangle of the stuff still, well, TANGLED to the truck.

The ST300 went through it like butter :multi:

I used my UKPK to stab myself in the leg...damn that knife is sharp, didn't know I had done it till my pant leg was wet.  And, I hate clamshell packaging.

I actually didn't hurt for the first few minutes.  Now it is just really sore, but it is healing, thought I might need stictches, but I think I'll be ok without them.

Yeah the combo of thin blade and very S30v steel, makes for realtivley pain free misshaps, at least for a few mins.

opening some post and packets from ebay, examining some items from ebay (magnifying glass), cutting some lenghts of paracord, fixed the bird feeder at the bottom of the garden, and closed a loose link on a necklace chain....think thats it.

Used my SAK to open a can of pine apples.  Even thought it had a tab to pull, it turned out to be easier to the knife to get leverage on the tab.

If you have a SAK with the hook, it can be used for those finger rings(which for some reason seem welded on pineapple cans)

Yesterday , used the saw on my Spirit to finish some saw cuts , a smallish mitre saw was too small to complete . Not my saw I can assure you ! I always go loaded for bear , I steppen , as the numpty carpenter was going to try to finish the cut with an Olfa utility knife . Guess I foresaw slippage and blood .

But it was my mothers coffee maker, not my own, since I don't own one, or drink coffee for that matter.
