Benchmade ERT-1/Houdini Pro
on: July 13, 2009, 03:33:17 PM
The fine folks at Benchmade were nice enough to send me a few bright yellow Houdini Pros, identical to the one I reviewed here.

If you would like a chance to win one of these awesome rescue tools, post here with what Benchmade models you have, had or would like to have, if you haven't ever had one!  Pretty simple huh?

Check out Benchmade's site and have a look around- they have some awesome stuff!

Been wanting to trade for griptilian for months now, and I still want one.  I do own a Benchmade rescue hook, but all it has done is open some beers, but my father-in-law has used his while scuba diving and really likes it.

I owned a Benchmade Stryker Auto a while back, very high quality but wan't my style 8)  This rescue tool looks more like something I'd own/use.

And like tons of others, I'm always on the lookout for a Griptillian for a good price (never owned one)..

I used to have a massive Benchmade collection.

Now, I have an Osbourne 940, SpyderFly, a few different Griptillians, and quite a few Rescue Hooks. I traded a lot of them for Charge's!

I really want a Fixed Resistor!

Thanks for the chance.

I don't own a benchmade, only know one person who does actually. If I were to choose, I would pick the Benchmade 1155

Yes, a pen. It looks really cool.

I have Benchmade Balisongs: 42s titanium (original t-latch) and a PC 802.  (PC counts as Benchmade, right?)  ;)

For knives, I only have the Stryker but I've got my eye on the Mini Griptilian and Vex.  Vex is a bit heavy but that beautiful-looking, titanium-coloured blade makes up for it.
This is called a Swiss Army Knife. Do you know what Switzerland is? Switzerland is a place where they don't like to fight, so they get people to do their fighting for them while they ski and eat chocolate. - Larry David

I've have a Mini Ambush, Mini Grip and the Vex.  Currently drooling over the McHenry and Williams 710.

Pyro,
Your absolutely right, the Vex is nice but it's a little heavy for edc. Wickedly fast though.
