So now it was my SAK's turn.

I jigged my Case Stockman because I love the jigging on traditional slippies.  I also love SAKs, so I combined both by jigging the scales on my Super Tinker:

Came out pretty good.  I'll take better pictures tomorrow if I can, out in the sun light.

Nice. I've almost dropped my SAK many times with wet hands, this would solve the problem.  :D

While I'm not a fan of the jigged look I can see you've done a good job mate.  Nice one.  :tu:

I am thinking you are lucky that wasn't an economy nylon scale. I don't have much experience, but the one I did pry off a recruit was thin and hollow.

Great job. Looks good.
A little Leatherman information.

Good idea, they can be rather slippy. I quite like the nylon scales for that reason - seem to be able to keep a decent grip on them.

Nicely done  :tu:

See I know I'm odd because everyone seems to be of the same opinion except me.  I find the nylon really slick and find I much prefer the cellidor for a good grip.  Perhaps it's because I have quite dry hands.

Wow.  I'm pretty surprised at your reactions.  LOL.  I wasn't sure if I should post these pics.  I wasn't sure if by putting jigs on a SAK, I was crossing over some ethical line in the sand.  Like, how dare I put traditional "folksy" qualities on a functional SAK, you know?  I was a bit scared that never the two worlds (traditional/SAK) shall meet.  I was expecting to get crucified, but this is a pleasant surprise. :climber:
