Best one I've ever owned:  Streamlight Stylus Pro.  20+ lumens, gorgeous beam, long runtime, reasonable price.

Peak LED Solutions makes even better 2AAA LED penlights (tougher, bombproof construction, brighter output, better materials) but they cost a whole lot more than Stylus Pro.

I got this from coast for free (well, i had to pay ~$3 shipping)

it's really slim, but it takes oddball batteries.

I think that they are still doing the giveaway if you go to their web page you should see a link for it.
(It doesn't specify what the giveaway is though so i'm guessing they might change it from time to time?)

It's about 4 inches long and about 5/16" in diameter. Not sure how bright it is, (doubt it's anywhere near 20 lumens though)..I use it in my computer mostly as it lives on my desk.

I got a pen with an integrated LED light from Lummi. It´s just merchandise, but the light is about as bright as my Fenix E01. Nice light!

And also it can be set from 0.2 lumens to 60 lumens output,123 lumens if you run it on 10440's  :D
