Ramen are just great! Love that stuff!
It´s off topic, but I guess a dark chocolate bar and some nuts make great EDC. Minimalist survival food for EDC nuts. Now that I think of I will add some Ramen and chocolate to my trunk cooking set. I have a litre of water, a stove (Swiss army emergency food heater) a stainless steel cup and some teabags and instant coffee in my trunk in winter - for sometimes roads are blocked for hours due to traffic jams (caused by unprepared tourists in the Alps - no winter tires and they crash) or landslides. A warm mug of tea is nice then when you have to wait in your car in the cold for some hours.

Guarana is a Berry we use in Brazil. it's an energetic type of fruit...also people have a soft drink
with that same fruit that almost looks like Ginger ale....Should be good....

maybe I'm missing something but looking at that list the only thing that might need a can opener is the "1 x 120-g can of preserved meat" and even that might have a can key.  :-\

They even include toothpicks. Just have them on the Soldier like every other decent SAK in the world!  ;)

I'm partial to it heavily fried with spices and black pepper, but only if I'm in the mood.

What´s a gorilla cookie?

It is a chocolate covered cookie in US MREs. The original form was two round cookies per package with a sheet of paper between them to keep them separated. The chocolate would melt together making it impossible to remove the paper...so you would have to eat it like that >:(  It was later changed into a single tectangular cookie bar form.

But if you don't mind what it looks like, it tastes pretty good :tu:

Lots of onions. And Liverwurst with sliced onions & mustard is a great sandwich.
