Vic Swisscard lite Swiss made?

Is the swisscard lite Swiss made? The light comes from America, battery is from Japan I think and, the pen is made by Fisher in the US. And thats just the stuff I know about.  :think:

It says Swiss Made on mine.  Its at least put together in Switzerland.
