I just unfollowed and deleted my twitter acount. SOG is a greate company that makes awsome knives and tools but they suck when it comes to marketing. How much would it have cost them to send out 100 t-shirts or cap

Not that much I guess, but what seems like really necessary to me is that they use street prices on their eshop, as opposed to msrp, and that they ship international. Even if I decided to cash in the discount, there is no international shipping option on sogknives.com (and having to contact the marketing department on every online order is not quite the strategy imho).

yeah, my same thoughts they really need to work the marketing...those little things make of destroy a company and i would hate to see sog vanishing becasue people didnt know they existed

me for example if it wasnt cuz this forum i would never know about them, i only knew victorinox/wenger and leatherman and now im a sog lover, if they could only put their products out like leatherman and victorinox does.....man im sure they will easly sell more and maybe even the prices will go down a notch......everybody wins!

i just unfollow them too and was thinking about closing my twitter acount too.....but for other reasons i think i better keep it

I love my Sog PPP but a better offer would have been dealer prices.  Looks like Ill also be de-following and detwittering....only room for one internet time waster for me.
