By the way, I have to confess that I'm not strictly "human"...
So maybe next time you think about being less than truthful on the web just remember how bad you felt

Quote from: Grant Lamontagne on August 12, 2009, 05:35:25 PM Plus, I really don't like my name, and often wish I'd had a normal name to go by, like Jeff or Dave or Tom. It was never meant to hide who I was/am, just a cool sounding name. And, my full name, address and cell number are in the contact section of the main site, so if I was hiding, I'd be doing a really sh*tty job of it! DefHey, at least people could pronounce your name right.

I think Grant is a great name. I can't see how people can get that wrong. Your last name, yes.Mine is rarely said right the first time either. I have learned not to give my first name a French pronunciation. It throws plenty of people off when I do. Here is my family genealogy online repository. http://www.geocities.com/sauvefamilyhistory/
I was in the U.S last year, when i said my name was Tyrrell they assumed it was my first name, as it is a common christian name over there!! Felt a bit wierd! But not as wierd as people calling my bum bag a "fanny pack"

Noun-verb instead of Adjective-noun.
I used to work with a tour guide from the UK who would take tourists through some local caves, and laughed my arse off when he would warn folks of low overhangs by yelling out "WATCH YOUR NUTS!" and all the guys would cross their legs and cover their goodies, instead of ducking!Def
I'm really 17 years old.
