Leave the dents as they are- let your belongings show their scars as proudly as you do yours.

I have 2 cats, both short hair, and while they do spew from time to time, the collateral damage is relatively small, usually only liquid that a couple paper towels can clean up in a jiffy. It might be worth mentioning that all the floor of our apartment is parquet wood or tile... either way, no need for a shop vac here...
The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

Yep, have to agree that carpet and animals isn't the smartest of combos - we're slowly getting rid of ours (the carpet that is)  :)

My female cat vomited about a gallon of *something* a few weeks ago. She's a small cat, maybe 4 lbs but it was insane how much she puked. And of course she was running so it got everywhere.

Ahh the time our late cat ate the string netting they put around roast meat whilst we were out .......... messy for us & a little uncomfortable for the cat  ::) :D.

LOL. When I was a kid, at Xmas we'd put the little strands of garland on the tree. Well of course our cat would eat it and for the next month would have garland constantly sticking out his butt. It was quite festive.  :oops: :oops:
