Leatherman Parts for sale (again)
on: September 22, 2009, 01:24:56 AM
So here's the deal. About four months ago I sold these to forum member peterxyz over in the UK. Problem is that Royal Mail kicked them back to me a few days ago (a little lighter for the trouble  :(), now I'm selling them again so that we can split the proceeds and I can give him a refund of sorts. Given their storied history I will not be offering these for sale internationally. Sorry guys, US and Canadian buyers only please.

Payment can be accepted by PayPal or United States Post Office Money Order only.

Very important: Please disregard the text on the pictures the parts will be available for sale until I post they have been sold in a reply to this thread.

Item #31A & 31B: Leatherman Spare Parts: $20

Damn. If a US based member wouldn't mind handling these for me - I would love to have them!

I have the Leatherman tools and try to help people fix their tools, but have no parts to speak of - this is what I need.

I used to come here a lot.

Any particular reason why Royal Mail sent them back? It sounds like they took some of the contents as well?   ???

Perhaps it was the blades? Maybe you could try sending the blades separately in regular envelope?

I am just wondering what happened because we send so many packages to the Spam Gang, so it is likely to happen again.  :-\

Well Royal Mail wouldn't care what was in there. UK customs might, but I can't see anything wrong with what's in the photo.
