well i did it.  and my wife is pissed.  our laptop was showing signs of its age, and abuse.  i went to bestbuy and brought home a new one.  still not happy with vista, but its weeks away until windows 7 comes out.  so i'm hopeful it will work a hell of a lot better

i picked up and HP G60

16" W I D E S C R E E N (wow)
2.2 gig amd dual cure proc
3 gig ram
dvd burner
and thats the big highlights

time to tweek it!!!

Congrats dude! Nothing like getting a new toy.
There is no problem that cannot be solved by the use of high explosives.
