Leatherman Wave in CSI: Miami
on: September 01, 2009, 10:18:46 PM
Was watching the season 7 episode 'The DeLuca Motel' and spotted one of the CSIs removing a bullet from a wall using a Wave. Couldn't tell if it was an old or new Wave, but it was definitely a Wave.

I saw that too, but you know I find that a little absurd. If you used a metal serrated jaw pliers to grasp and pull out a spent slug/bullet it is sure to damage the stria and render it near unusable for comparison right? I mean the whole point of recovering the slug was for forensic comparison reasons and identification. Oh well, as my wife is always telling me, Its just a TV show! Lol

"Looks like..."  (Dramatically putting on my sunglasses) "It's just another brick...in the wall..."  (Crank "Won't Get Fooled Again")

Nothing says extraterrestrial like...
