WTB NIB Wenger Watchmaker 10

As I've likewise posted on EDCF, I'm looking for a NIB Wenger Watchmaker 10; I've found one site that carries it, but estimated delivery on it could take up to seven weeks. @_@

If anyone has one with which they'd be willing to part, please let me know.

Beats me, but from http://www.swiss-knife.com/asp/detail.asp?lan=EN&code=1.85.10&shop=SK, they state, for the US, their prices/estimated delivery time is as followed:

$11 USD, up to seven weeks
$27 USD, 4-10 days
$49 USD, 2-4 days

After all, even their cheapest shipping is over half the cost of the knife itself, $16.04 USD.

Probably won't take that long thou, it's just regular mail.

Looks like you just need to buy a couple more to average out the shipping cost.

Eh, that is true; but sheesh. @_@  Their shipping is worse than County Comm's, and I /never/ expected to find shipping worse than that on such a cheap/small item. o.o;  Granted, it's across the Atlantic, but I know of packages from Singapore and the Philippines costing $5 USD for larger packages.

Snarf, I'll just wait to find something else I want from there. ._.  You're killing me, shipping, you really are. XD

I don't know if you're interested, but I have a Minathor 50, NIB, that I'd part with, but it ain't cheap...

Snarf, does anyone else want some knives, I can mail forward them to you from the site; I can't find any other knives I want/need. :/

I do not remember what country you are located in but I have found if you Google these words "jeweler watch supply" you will come up with quite a few companies that sell varying name brands of these watchmaker type knives. It may not get you the exact model you are looking for but there will be many more choices.

Good point, I had no luck getting them until I started hitting the watchmaker/jewellers sites.

Well, I found a site selling the red Watchmakers by their lonesome, and the blue Watchmaker 10 in a pack.  Now to just contact them and ask if they'd sell a blue one by it's lonesome. XD

The pack is $34ish dollars, and comes with a specialty watch opener/screwdriver/thingy and isn't available; the red one is.  I've asked one of their customer service reps on AIM if they can get in a blue one for the same cost as the lone red one. XD

Hrmf, it looks like I will probably go with swiss-knife.com; ordering from there for the knife I actually want, including shipping, will cost pennies less than getting a different color Stateside. o.O

Thank you for the link, stressmaster, but I think I'll be going with the swiss-knife.com link; while ofrei is based in the US, since they use Fedex, they bump the price to be more expensive that what it'll cost to ship from Switzerland. XD
