SOG Switch Plier

Anyone have any opinions on these?  I saw a couple for sale at a local gun/knife store.  I think they were marked under $50.

If you took all the intestines out of your body and stretched them end to end... you would die.

We have a review of one posted:

I think it's an interesting gizmo, addictive for playing with, but not a heavy duty tool.  It is worth having or getting as a curiousity if you are into that sort of thing.

The SwitchPlier is a great attention-getter or conversation-starter, but the plier mechanism isn't strong enough to be useful.
I score it a:

10.........for gee-whiz factor
1...........for real world practicality
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

One thing I really found annoying with the Switch Plier was that when I tried to use the screwdriver, I kept disengaging the lock.  That rocker style lock really doesn't work on something like that.

 ???
Why? Because your thumb or forefinger bumped the lock release?
