Pretty Cool.  I've seen other people put together the SAK ring.  I have one some place that uses a large wire keyring.  It is actually quite good, and I've seen others do the same thing for hiking an emergency kits.  I think I first saw the idea on the EDC forum or maybe even the flashlight forum.

Thaks for posting this Chris, good find :tu:  It looks like someone had some fun :D

About the only one that makes be ponder at all is Bent as with the addition of a suitable hole it could make an interesting one hander.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Superb article Nuphoria, thanks for the link. :tu:  Once again Wenger show that they are the Swiss company willing to experiment with design.

Thanks for the link. Some very excellent ideas there. I would buy a few of them if they came to market.

Hmm...it says he's teamed up with Wenger  I wonder if that means there may be something new coming from them?

Anyone notice the "Bent" is serrated at the front of the blade?

I also caught that, we need to stop that OHT serration fad before it spreads. I for one, along with my scar, am not a fan.  >:(

Yeah, I agree. It looks like an art student with a thing for SAKs. Most of it seems impractical, and with Wenger on the rebound from bankruptcy, I honestly don't see them going out on a limb like that. The Mike Horn Ranger is probably as wild as they'll get :P

Anyway, this clown seems like he's out to reinvent the wheel, and I'm sure he won't make it out of the R&D department with any of those. I certainly give him props for trying though, if he can apply that innovativeness to something less eccentric he might be a valuable asset to our cause. Hmmm, we need to find him and bring him on board, he's clearly got his foot in the door at Wenger...  >:D
