Yes.  Take a look at the pics in the 1st post of this thread.  You'll see the LEDs surrounding the incandescent bulb in the center of the reflector.

Are you thinking I have spent £70 just on a bulb?  I may look odd but I'm not loaded!  

It's just a regular Lumens factory HO bulb.  Not sure of life, but has output of 12o lumens I believe.

You're confusing me.  Did it cost $19 or £19?  

20 hours average.  That could be 18, 19, 20, 21, etc....  I understand that it will last you a while, I'm just trying to get an idea of cost.
