Flipside Wallet 2.0
on: October 14, 2009, 05:19:59 PM
I've been looking for a wallet like this for a long time now. I don't think I would actually carry this one, but it would make a great wallet for a bag or pack.  :tu: This one is a little pricey, but I'm going to order one anyway and I'll let everyone know how I like it as soon as it arrives.

Looks neat, but I usually like my RFID signals to leak so I can just slide my wallet against things. XD

And a bit thick for my pockets... but that may not be a problem.
Got those frog legs.

Here's jimi  :D he's a rather shy dense plastic chap  :P he's thick 10mm, wide eyed 65mm, and long in the tooth 110 mm   :D
One thing about jimi if you tire of carrying him in your pocket no problem,he has a hole in his head so you can attach a lanyard to  :salute:

The jimi wallet  ;)

I received my wallet today and I'm very happy with it. It is overpriced at $40, but still very cool!  :tu:  I don't know if this would hold up pocket carry or not, but for a bag or pack I think it's great!  It does come with a one year warranty which is pretty cool. I would recommend this wallet if you know going in that it's overpriced. I'm sure since the wallet was made in the USA it added to the price. I also don't know how much RFID (Radio Frequency Identification ) adds to the cost?

Overall quality: B-

Price: D

Recommend: B+

Design: A

Coolness factor: A+

The RFID blocking (in my opinion) adds nothing to the cost as you can achieve the same affect with a bit of tin foil. ::)
