bought.

hope you are happy now :(

I am very pleased, I am already going down the drain so I am grabbing everyone that I can with me :D

But on a serious note, this is a great bag. If you use bags on a regular basis then it is worth every penny, you are not going to be disappointed.

Just be glad you didn't order it from Norway caus it sells for 120$ up here in the north.

Is that Maxped messenger really only able to carry that little amount of stuff? o.o;
You could get a Jumbo if you want a bit more capacity (I did) :)
Give in, buy several Farmer's!!!!!!

I think the water bottle pouch is really useful (at least to me) :)

BTW I use the belt quite a bit. Especially when cycling :)

The mag holder velcros inside the big CCW pocket - hopefully this shows what we're on about:

At Glorn's suggestion I picked one up (for about a fiver), and it's ideal for storing things that you might not want to advertise! For example I keep the UKPK and Charge in there, bit have an SAK in one of the external pouches if I'm in the middle of a cafe or something and want to use the scissors (seem to happen a lot actually ).

Here's my current contents (subject to change of course):

(Image removed from quote.)

1. iPhone
2. Wallet
3. Hand Gel
4. Snot Removal Kit
5. Mood Changers (ok - they're painkillers really)
6. Plasters
7. Moleskine notebook
8. Chopsticks
9. Nite Ize Curvyman thing and iPhone ear bud thingummies
10. Leatherman Serac S2
11. Spare batteries for the above
12. SAK
13. Inka Pen
14. Maxpedition EDC Pocket Organizser
15. Leatherman Charge TTi
16. UKPK
17. Wet wipe thingummy from KFC

In my pocket I had an Atwood Prybaby, and of course the camera that took this pic isn't shown!

I'll post an list of stuff in the organiser on the right thread in a bit!

Nice set up Mr. K  :tu:

I really like what you've done with the mag holders  :salute:

How do you find the Nite Ize Curvyman? Seems quite useful; retailing online from £4 to £7.

Hmm, the Curvyman is dangerously close to getting binned at the moment  :-\

I will persist with it a bit, but so far I would summarise it as "not very useful". It's probably just a case of figuring out the ideal length to leave uncoiled etc. We'll see....

I can take no credit for the mag holder - 'twas Glorn's idea and a damn fine one at that :tu:
I used to come here a lot.

I see; looks good in all the pictures but in real life not so good  ::)

I'll just stick with loosely wrapping around my iPod  :D

Thanks for the feedback though

As I say, it may just be a case of getting used to it - I don't use my headset very often at all really.

Well.. thank you for the nod  :), but.. it isn't really my idea. It is shown on the Maxpedition website as an accessory to the Fatboy with a light and a multi in it. All I did was point it out.

But it is damned handy, and I will say to anyone with a Fatboy or a Jumbo: get one. You won't remember how you got by without it.

I've found a set of retractable earphones. If You don't keep the phone/reader in the farthest pocket, it will be long enough.
The only problem was the loss of a silicon cap, that I bought back online for cents.
