Personally I think we should stick with Nicks gaff for security reasons, but when should we be looking at? And who's up for it?

OK I'm going to breathe some life back into this thread.  As I understand it Mr Whippy isn't going to be joining us (and we're the worse for it mate ) but that does mean we can be slightly flexible about the dates.  For example it would be great if we could time it so as Rich could come, assuming he still wants to of course. 

IIRC Ben wasn't looking to have much earlier so some time around May is still the idea I suspect but it might be nice to tie down a definite weekend.  If course we can still aim at the 8th/9th of May and not change a thing.
