It's a brandnew specialrun released a few days ago....and it's not inconsistent but very nice  :D

I really like the colors on this one.  Reminds me of a couple older red alox 84mm advertising knives that have had black shields.  Hopefully collectors in Germany are happy with it.

The blade imprint looks to me quite cheesy, not to say kitsch. Rest looks ok but not $120 BIN ok.  My 2c.

Also I think that it would have been better with the back scale red, front scale black and a yellow shield.

Ya blade impring is not my favorite, nor was that style on the USA knife, but I've accepted it a bit more than when I saw it the first time.  I think a straight "Germany", or Germany with flag or other emblem would be more classy.

Still I like the colors, not like I need another Alox knife... but... my last Alox knife was not Swiss so I have to make amends.
