Paladin PT-510 for $41.48 shipped

Buy.com has the Paladin PT-510 for $41.48? Is that a good deal? It seems less expensive than a SOG S44 or S45. The PT-510 is better than the PPPs because of the gear covers, correct? I know it has the useless wirestrippers, but I can switch that out.

The Paladin tools seem to be rarer and more expensive than the standard SOGs...for that price I'd say go for it.
