New Cordless Drill that poops on them all .

Just got a Matabo LTX ( 18 VDC hammer version ) . As it uses planetary gears , shorter in overall length than many contenders , very hi torque for it's class . Best part is the three year warranty on the batteries . Most only give you a year . Sad part is the price ! Oh well , good kit always comes at a cost .

Good German engineering , they've been around a while / They used to make several Hilti models , possibly still do .

Never used a cordless Metabo but I've used some of their mains drills, very good stuff indeed.

Far superior to Bosch , I used to use Bosch Jiggers , quality has gone down since Skill took over . Metabo was always the best Jig out there .

Does that include the Swiss Made ones or just the newer chinese ones?

Swiss Bosch were OK , I used them for about 10-15 years . The Tabby cat is a refinement on the Bosch design . To be fair it is also about $200.00 bucks more .

Never used Fesstool , don't even know if they are imported into Canada , or more importantly serviced here .
