For a long time I, if not derided, then certainly didn't really appreciate the worth of a one piece tool.

Now having had the likes of the D22 Screwdriver, Artifact and a Powerful Pete, I'm starting to appreciate the fact that they do have there place, and can even see myself getting some once some spare cash becomes available :)

So what's your opinion of these little wonders?

Lol. Sorry.

My Atwood has made a huge difference, primarily as a pry bar, as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and from time to time, simple tasks like opening ring-pull cans can be difficult / painful. I now get a little panicky if I don't have it with me.

I actually need to get a backup in case the unthinkable happens....

For prying and wedging things, they're top notch.  Yes, the Vic cap lifter works well, but honestly, sometimes I need something a little heftier with a sharper edge.

Also, I use the blade on my WildCard for opening packages, shrink wrap and plastic bags.

The Atwood wrenches work great on exposed bolts/nuts.  Way better than I would have ever imagined.   :tu:

Mine do get used occasionally but they often are used more as a pocket gadget to me. Something that rarely leave my pocket and is there for *ahem* fondling....

Marginal for me.  I have no interest in Atwoods, but I've been using my Raker Ring Tool quite a bit.

Let me update this, I use my G3 alot due to me not wanting to carry a multitool on my belt at work. I use the G3 for tightening and loosening and tightening screws, open up the bathroom doors when kids lock them and crawl under (they think it's funny), scraping tape off windows, and alot more. The Prybaby design fits alot of uses for me and I use it quite often.

Yeah, I've really grown to appreciate them recently.  Convenient and simple, often small enough to go completely unnoticed until you need it.  Great bits of kit :tu:

I haven't been bitten by the bug. (yet?) :-\ As a form of pocket art, they do have a certain gee whiz look about them. But from a utility standpoint I've never found myself in need of one.
