Very intresting he gives the CDC and WHO (but who can trust them), then you give him the WHO (nice of them not to take sides), internet news and youtube (so it must be true).

I see two problems
A) there is no way to back up the info in the youtube videos
B) you have an agenda (Why I don't know), but for some reason you have a problem with something about this.  And don't say "I feel everyone should do what they think is right" because you don't think that.

B) = an assumption, which as usual = wrong.

Strangely, having a fever often makes me a bit frisky despite how terrible I feel!  

I'm not joking though.... really do feel like crap. Hiding fully clothed under two blankets filled with painkillers ATM and thinking bed is probably a good idea.

After reading through the back and forth between Mr.Whippy and LatinoHeat, I remain unpersuaded by the case for vaccination.

The most telling fact for me is the large MAJORITY of medical professionals who avoid flu vaccines.

If a large majority of medical professionals were vaccinated, the case would be more persuasive for flu vaccines in general.

Wow. I've previously stated my opinion regarding vaccinations, so I won't go there again. But consider for a moment how impossibly difficult it must be to determine medical policy on a national scale, or in this case, a worldwide scale. React too slowly to a potential major epidemic, and millions of people die. React too quickly, perhaps even erring on the "safe" side by implementing massive immunization programs, and get accused of panic mongering. There's no winning.

I think I've hit nearly 3 litres of fluid today so far if you include the chicken soup Hedgekid made for me - she knows how to make good Jewish penicillin

I have had worse flu in my life, but it's certainly not any fun. This morning I felt like someone had f*cked with the gravity on this planet and that my head was about to explode. Just about every fibre in my body hurts and I've been asleep or half asleep all day. Taking ibuprofen and co-codamol alternately every 2hrs and sudafed every 4. Seems to be making it bearable for now. The razor blades in the throat are particularly nice too but so far it's all upper respiratory I think. This is my first sitting up experiment and I don't think it will last to long... was just missing my favourite forum 

I retract my previous statement about getting horny with a fever - it doesn't seem to apply with this one

Well, if your worried about getting the mflu from the vaccine.  Here's a littl trick I learned from an ex-girlfriend and it works(since I used to get sick from the vaccines).  Before you get your injection, take 2 tylenol!!
