Hi

I do not have the excact number on this, however there is one just like that with red handles in the 2008 catalogue with number 7.69.18 Besides from the color just the same.
Every product with starting number 0-3 and 5-6 are made by Vic in Ibach so i can be very sure to tell you that the tool is not made atleast in Ibach, probarbly made by somebody else.
