That is a very nice pic Turnstone.

I may have posted these before - not sure, taken in Jan of this year on the same local walk:

The third one is my favourite!
I used to come here a lot.

Haha - I know what you're getting at, but they're actually from just a few miles from my house in South Derbyshire, and even closer to Burton On Trent! A little oasis surrounded by several towns!

I used to come here a lot.

Those cool winter pics have me longing for cooler temps.  It is still in the 90's during the day here.  Cools off at night but not like it will in a couple of months.  I believe I heard them say something a while ago on the tv about it being something like the 72nd day in a row with temps in the 90's

Howdy, here are a couple of mine.

The 1st is sunrise on Hilton Head Island, SC on Easter morning 2010.

The 2nd is the moat surrounding Fort Pulaski near Tybee Island, GA

If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

Couple more.

The 1st is the water of Charleston Harbor, SC reflecting off of the hull of the USS Yorktown.  I liked the grays of the hull in this.

The 2nd isn't very good, but I thought it was cool.  It is two tugs helping a cargo ship into Charleston Harbor with Fort Sumter to the right.
