Theres many varieties of it including evo scales and rare leather in a variety of colours. I've been wanting a evo one but its not available on this continent.

I know.

Wenger's are a lot harder to find on this side of the pond then Victorinox. I also find they tend to be more expensive also.

They are getting harder to find to. Decades ago here they were widely available, now only Kmart(but not Sears which has Victorinox) carries them. I can remember when hardware stores, kiosks in the mall, gas stations, gun shops, high end clothing stores, etc. all had them.

If it's any consolation they're equally hard to find in my neck of the woods as well. Not one local shop sells them, I'd have to drive an hour and a half to Dundee to have a chance of picking a Wenger up. :-\

Going by the usual online places, they seem to be readily available.

As I only have 2 and a watch I don't think I'll be posting my "collection"  :D

Yeah, I only have four and one of them was made by Victorinox (one of the Wenger marked Bantams).  Not quite a "collection" either. :D

I didn't see a Wenger STG-90 Assault Rifle pocket tool, nor did I see a Wenger Cigare 704 (that is the exact spelling on the outer sleeve of the box).  Cigare 704 has stainless handles with black lizard skin or some other skin inside the stainless handles.  I bought one tonight, will post pics later, WITH the box of 3 Cuban Cohiba Siglos III Tubos Cigars..."..smooth as a prom queen's thighs, but not quite so risky.." I also bought at the smoke shop at an international hotel I go to to get Cuban cigars in Seoul (starting to fill my humidor in preparation of return to the USA next summer.....Cuban cigars are banned in the USA along with all Cuban goods of any kind).

Somebody here swapped out the scales on a PocketGrip for a set of camoflage ones from a Highlander.

It looked really cool. :tu: I can't find the picture though. :(

I just scored an STG-90. I have learned not to count my eggs until I can get them in the basket though. I believe I just lost another package to sticky fingered posties/border folks. :(

I love the Wenger Heritage you have in this collection and the 125th Anniversary Soldier you have in your Vic collection post.  I just can't bring myself to dropping that kind of $ though.  Another great collection.   :tu:
