Spey or Pen Blade?
on:
November 23, 2009, 08:19:51 AM
Hi all,
The subject line pretty much covers my question. Well, sort of. I was just wondering what others prefer. I prefer the spey blade in my stockman pocket knives.
Also wondering if there's a better reason for liking one or the other except for "just because" which is my reason.
Okay, so that's it.
I have been recently diagnosed with ADOSS... Attention Deficit OH SOMETHING SHINY!

Use them both the odd time out carrying that style of knife. I like the spey blade when carving and a
bit of a "push cut" is required. The pen style is also valuable when you need to use a narrow tip for
getting into a tight area.

I`ve always used the spey blade on a stockman for castration of cattle and hogs. Pen blades are better suited for edc (every day chores).
What? Enablers! Are you serrrrious? Where? I dont see any.
