Todays take - Graphic pictures
on: December 01, 2009, 07:30:33 PM
I hope this doesnt offend or gross anyone out if so Moderators please remove. Just wanted to show todays take. This thing actually ran into me before I shot it. Not a big deer but she was wounded before I took her. I had to get waders and go across the river just to retrieve her.

I'm not anti-hunting or anything, but a graphic picture warning would have been nice.   :salute:

She was shot by another hunter....but wasnt fatally wounded. She actually ran into me while I was shooting at another deer. So i missed that one and turned and killed her.

Summer sausage with jalepeno and cheese added. There is a great place in Wapak, Ohio that makes it.

So far I am the only one to take one. We have had a few more chances however the one guy in our group doesnt like to sit still long enough and seems to mess it up for the rest. But I believe that was taken care of after this mornings incident.

Congrats RM!  :tu:

What you need to do with mister walkabout is place him on the other side of the woods, so he stirs the deer over to where you are. :D

I forgot to add........I was able to use the Camo Wave today in the field. Nothing exciting just had to fix the zipper on my coat.

I did but thought I would ruin it or cut into something I shouldnt so I didnt. That and the excitment was running wild and all I wanted to do was get her field dressed and into the truck.
