New swisstool?
on: June 06, 2007, 07:13:02 AM
I was looking around eBay and came across a tool called the Victorinox AutoTool. It resembles the swisstool a bit but has some different and neat features. Has anyone else heard of this ?

Here are the pictures from the auction.

The AutoTools usually go for around $50 and are HUGE!  Grab it if you can- it's quite a collectible.  It's kind of useless and you won't want to EDC it but it's a heck of a conversation starter!

"Compare at $100"

That was the original retail price, but they usually go off for around the $50 mark so if it goes significantly higher than that I'd back off and wait for the next one.  Of course for $15 I'd be tempted to bid on it if you don't.  Make sure to let me know- I won't bid against you but if you aren't going for it... well I could use a third!   >:D

I saw one of those Sport Ratchets in a local store a few weeks ago.  It had a $70 price tag on it!
