I think I just might carry the Swisstool or the ALX.  Knife will probably be used more than anything
so ease of use on both those tools.

This Christmas will be the first that we've spent home and had parents come to us. This has pros and cons  :-\

One of the pros though, is that I have my full MT collection to hand, so I'll be seriously tooled up throughout.
I used to come here a lot.

I'm thinking big stuff like Kershaw A100, Surge, Radius, Paul Chen, Freehand etc.

All the stuff that's too big to EDC can have a go on Thursday.
I used to come here a lot.

I am thinking Skeletool CX, but who knows? I might have to bust out something bigger... AKA Surge!

I haven't decided between the Explorer and the Super Tinker yet...I'll probably take both.  And more than likely the KF4.  I've become the official "putter together of toys" for my niece.  PawPaw (my dad) just gets to sit back and relax and my brother in law is the official photographer.  :)  Rites of passage I guess.  After all that, I'll be in the kitchen with mom cooking since we have to have dinner really early since dad has to fly out Friday afternoon.  So then I'll be carrying a spatula and mixing spoon.  LOL!

How's that big Boker working out for you, DaveK?

Kinda like the look of the blade on that.

Looks like a liner lock?

It's so ugly it's beautiful isn't it?

I barely use it tbh, as the liner lock makes it not legal to EDC, so I mostly just play with it around the house and garden. It's a decent knife (especially for the money), and does seem to make people ask about it!

It's called a "Bulldog" :D

This year is different, (staying home) so probably be a combo of Rambler and 108mm Solo.

The Rambler for quick "fix it" the Solo for the non SAK savy that has trouble "finding the blade" in a normal SAK.

I am really glad to see that I am not the only person on the earth that wonders about what to bring to Christmas. :ahhh

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE (WE HAVE A LOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR) EVEN THOUGH SOMETIMES WE FORGET.
