neat stuff.
played around with some at a friends house. cut it, bake, mold, and rivet and you have
a really nice sheath.

After a few days use , I've found it to be thin , rides well , has good acess and retention , a seemingly contradictory combination . A;; in all I'm pretty happy , obviously there will be more evolutions .

An one more , this view shows the 1/4 her bit storage , and screw pouch . The bit holders and screw pouches are an old friend , I just transfer them from pouch to pouch .
I have made custom tool pouches for years , worked well , looked like fine saddlery , but expensive as hell . These Kydex gizzies might be produceable at a pseudo reasonable price .
Shown below is also a detail shot of the back of the pouch .

That's bad ass. I want to order Kitchen Kydex DVD, so I can start learning how to make some good IWB holsters. Anyone here ever do that?

Tooling is pretty minimal , a toaster oven , a heat gun , a press ( two boards with two layers of closed cell foam ) , a drillpress would be an advantage , as would a small belt sander .
