I was looking on ebay and saw a Victorinox 100 year anniversary knife...

Anyone know anything about these?  Are they worth the auction price of $10?  I see no one bid on it, but it looks pretty interesting to me, and I would like to get one.

It seems weird that no one bought it.  With all the SAK's on ebay that have bids, I can't see it being missed by people browsing for Vic stuff.

I got one about a year ago from tim, well worth the money and its one of the few saks i,ve got that won,t be being used!

I,d go for it if i were you, even if we need a 110 year aniversary sak now ;D

I have one left. I don't know why they are so hard to sell. It's a great collector's item in a nice metal display tin. They used to be very common and the competition was so great that they went for peanuts. Pretty bad when you have to sell a nice collector's piece for less than a regular Spartan.

Ok, paypal sent.  It would have been done last night, but I lost power in the middle of the night.  My girlfriend says that it was "fate" telling me to not buy anymore knives or tools.

Suuuure... sounds perfectly reasonable to me... I'm sure she would approve of that.

After she told me that, I went and won 2 ebay auctions for seven (7) SAK's on ebay... I guess it's just my way of tempting fate
