Thanks for the pointer, hawkchucker.Man, am I glad to see this back in inventory:http://dealerscorner.coldsteel.com/Products/12CT/(Image removed from quote.)Carried one just like this for several years instead of a folding knife. (Except, mine came with a clipped leather sheath with a velcro closure.)Guys, let me tell you, these are great for backpocket EDC.Mine cut everything that came up without a bobble: thick rope, cardboard, wood, carpet, you name it. Batonned through thick braches with no problem. These are thick and tough, but the hollow grind and belly give good cutting performance. Handle feels good in the hand.I was broken up when mine was stolen out of the car. Always meant to get a replacement, then when I checked CS had stopped making them..

I kep looking a the new Voyager and I am not so sure I like it as much now. Part of it's huge appeal was it's simple ergo's and slim design. These new ones look a bit angular. It may give me the I need to finally go get myself a Gunsite before the older design are discontinued though.
Some claim they have stronger locks than the Voyagers. I'd eager to compare one.
